We will replace damaged or defective items. Please email sales@scoopsbeauty.com with your name, order number, and request for a replacement. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return the item(s) and we will reimburse you for your initial payment. For a refund, items must be returned within 30 days of purchase in original condition. Please include the Return Authorization form that was included in your package. We are not responsible for lost returns. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

Currently, we only ship within the continental United States. For information on where to find our products outside of the United States, please email sales@scoopsbeauty.com

Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be processed. It will be shipped via USPS Ground, with an estimated delivery time of 7-10 business days. We do not offer overnight shipping at this time.
